Sage Cerebro measures a six-analyte inflammatory panel from a blood sample, reported as individual values alongside a normalized composite. Research teams and product developers use it as a measurement endpoint in their own studies.

Six analytes, one composite, built for repeat measurement.
IL-18, MCP-1, ST2, GDF-15, RAGE and MPO, run as a single multiplex assay in a CLIA-certified laboratory. Values are reported with units and against a reference population, with a normalized composite alongside them.
The panel was designed around change over time, so repeat-measure and longitudinal designs are the ones it suits best. A single timepoint is possible and tells you correspondingly less.
The literature is the starting point, not our marketing.
Published work describes these six as an interconnected inflammatory network centered on IL-18, rather than six independent readings. That literature is the reason the panel exists, and it is the right place to judge whether the panel suits your study.
We measure, and we report values. We do not interpret your results as evidence about your product, we do not review or approve your conclusions, and a study we provide measurement for is not a Sage Cerebro claim about anything you make or sell.
Your data is yours. Publication is your decision. Use of the Sage Cerebro name in connection with your results requires written agreement.
