1. SHIPPING SCOPE AND RESTRICTIONS
1.1 Geographic Limitations
- Sage Cerebro ships SageSignal test kits exclusively within the United States
- We DO NOT ship to: New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island
- We do not ship to U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- International shipping is not available
1.2 Address Requirements
- We ship only to verified residential addresses within eligible states
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes to ensure secure delivery of biological test kits
- All addresses undergo verification before shipment
- Business addresses are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
1.3 Order Limitations
- Limited to one (1) test kit per customer
- Test kits are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser
2. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT
2.1 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day
- No processing or shipping on weekends or federal holidays
2.2 Address Verification
- All shipping addresses must pass our verification system
- If your address cannot be verified:
- We will contact you via email within 24 hours
- You must provide a valid, verifiable address
- Orders with unverifiable addresses will be cancelled and refunded
2.3 Incorrect Address Policy
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided:
- The order is considered fulfilled
- You must place and pay for a new order
- No refunds will be issued for customer address errors
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY
3.1 Standard Shipping Only
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days via FedEx
- Tracking information provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
- No expedited shipping options available
- Shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout
3.2 Carrier Information
- Primary carrier: FedEx (subject to change)
- Customers cannot select alternative carriers
- Signature confirmation not required unless specified
4. SAMPLE RETURN SHIPPING - CRITICAL INFORMATION
4.1 Return Shipping Instructions
READ CAREFULLY - FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN SAMPLE REJECTION
- Return shipping is PREPAID via FedEx
- You will receive a FedEx QR code with your test kit
- Options for return:
- Schedule a FedEx pickup
- Drop off at any FedEx location
4.2 CRITICAL TIMING REQUIREMENTS
WARNING: Biological samples are time-sensitive and will degrade if not shipped properly
- MUST ship sample on the SAME DAY as collection
- ONLY ship Monday through Thursday
- DO NOT ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
- DO NOT ship on holidays
4.3 Weekend/Holiday Shipping Warning
SAMPLES SHIPPED ON FRIDAY, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE REJECTED
- Samples sitting in transit over weekends will degrade
- Degraded samples cannot be processed by the laboratory
- You will need to purchase a new test kit at full price
- No replacements or refunds for timing violations
5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
5.1 Reasons for Non-Delivery
Packages may be returned as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Unable to forward
- Unclaimed after delivery attempts
5.2 Undeliverable Package Policy
- We will attempt to contact you once via email
- If no response within 5 business days, the order is considered abandoned
- Reshipping requires a new order at full price
- No refunds for undeliverable packages
6. SHIPPING TEMPERATURE AND HANDLING
6.1 Temperature Requirements
- Test kits must be stored at room temperature
- Avoid exposure to extreme heat
- Cool temperatures do not affect sample quality
- Do not freeze test kits
6.2 Weather-Related Delays
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or natural disasters
- Samples compromised by temperature extremes during shipping delays will not be replaced
- No refunds for weather-related sample degradation
7. DAMAGES AND LOSSES
7.1 Damaged Shipments
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If package appears damaged:
- DO NOT USE the test kit
- Take photos of all damage
- Contact legal@sagecerebro.com within 48 hours
- Save all packaging materials
7.2 Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by carrier
- For packages lost in transit:
- We will initiate a carrier investigation
- Investigation may take 5-10 business days
- Replacement or refund at our discretion based on investigation results
7.3 No Shipping Insurance
- We do not offer additional shipping insurance
- Standard carrier liability applies
8. RISK OF LOSS
8.1 Transfer of Risk
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to carrier
- We are not liable once package is in carrier possession
- Proof of shipment constitutes fulfillment of our obligation
9. FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
9.1 Shipping Costs
- No free shipping threshold currently available
- All orders subject to shipping charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
10.1 Domestic Shipping Only
- As we ship only within the United States, no customs or import duties apply
- Customers are responsible for applicable state and local taxes
11. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
11.1 Fulfillment Partners
- We use third-party fulfillment partners for order processing and shipping
- Partners are bound by confidentiality agreements
- We are not responsible for third-party errors beyond our control
12. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
12.1 Changes to Orders
- Once submitted, orders cannot be modified
- Address changes are not permitted after order placement
- To make changes, cancel (if possible) and place a new order

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: SAMPLE COLLECTION AND RETURN TIMING IS CRITICAL. FAILURE TO FOLLOW SAMPLE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN TEST REJECTION AND REQUIRE PURCHASING A NEW KIT.
